• To assist ICT Director in planning and controlling budgets at the departmental level.

• To assist ICT Director in developing and establishing all SOP's and Policies those are related to ICT function.

• To create users awareness regarding all the established SOP's and Policies those are related to ICT function.

• To increase the level of security condition in CICT.
