UniMAP Centre for Information and Communication Techology Client Charter are:
  • Creating Email and Portal accounts for all UniMAP Staff within one (1) working day from the date of application.
  • To ensure that all complaints are logging into all UniMAP application and feedback will be responded within one (1) working day from the date of application.
  • To ensure all services and repair jobs for all UniMAP staff computers are completed within 4 working days.
  • To ensure UniMAP’s campus network interruption are resolved within three (3) working days for each incident which are involve directly control from ICT Centre.
