1) Hostel Management System (HOMES)

This system was released in year 2008. The purpose of this system is to enable the Residential College Principal to record data related to the hostel registration such as dorm list, date of hostel check-in and date of hostel check-out. The system can be accessed through http://homes.unimap.edu.my. This system has the following modules:

  • Administration Module 
  • Accommodation Module
  • Hostel Activity Module 
  • Hostel Complaints Module 
  • Hostel Room Booking Module 
  • Reporting Module

2) Student Affairs Information System (eHEPA)

This system was released in year 2009. The purpose of this system is to facilitate the Department of Student Affairs in order to manage the information related to students, co-curricular activities, scholarships, funding, and alumni. The system can be accessed through http://ehepa.unimap.edu.my. This system has the following modules:

  • Student Module 
  • Co-Curricular Module 
  • Scholarship Module 
  • Fund Module 
  • Alumni Module 
  • Reporting Module

3) Fund Application System (eTabung)

This system was released in year 2011. The purpose of this system is to facilitate the students to apply Zakat Fund, the Special Fund and Special Trust Fund (i-VCAP) via online. The system can be accessed through http://etabung.unimap.edu.my. This system has the following modules:

  • Personal Details
  • Studies Details
  • Family Details
  • Next-of-kin Details

4) Selection System for Student Representative Council (eVoting)

This system was released in year 2011. The purpose of this system is to enable the Student Representative Council selection process to be done via online. It is a transparent system for students to vote using the Verification Code (random number) instead of Matric no. The system can be accessed through http://evoting.unimap.edu.my. This system has the following modules:

  • Administration Module 
  • Attendance Module 
  • Voting Station Module 
  • Election Results Module 
  • Reporting Module

5) Alumni Information System (eAlumni)

This system was released in year 2011. The purpose of this system is to get information from alumni of UniMAP relating to their careers information after graduation. This information is very important to assess the Student Marketability of UniMAP’s Alumni. The system can be accessed through http://ealumni.unimap.edu.my. This system has the following modules:

  • Personal Details
  • Guardians Details 
  • Career Details

6) Online Guarantee Letter(eGL)

This system was released in year 2014. The purpose of this system is to facilitate admission process at government hospitals. By using this system, guarantee letter can be printed via online. The facility is expected to save the student’s time that used the go to office of the Department of Student Affairs and Alumni to get a guarantee letter manually prior to hospitalization. The system can be accessed through http://egl.unimap.edu.my. This system has the following modules:

  • Admin Module 
  • GL Module
